As we continue to create advanced communication systems and cutting edge software to meet the specific needs of our customers, Teradon has released 2 new software suites. The first is Trilo, digital signage/content management software. Trilo has replaced one of Teradon's flagship programs- Video Clock/Bulletin Board. Trilo provided a digital or analog clock display as well as the ability to insert Text messages, images, videos, background audio to be displayed and shared on PC monitors, display boards or televisions.

After months of time and energy, we are ready to announce the release of our IP paging speaker and new Titan software. Many of the features that the Titan software brings to IP Paging are:

2010 is coming to a close very quickly and I noticed that I haven't given any information since the summer, so I wanted to take a minute to update you on the some of the features of the Raptor V integrated IP Phone and intercom system. First and foremost with the Raptor V system, there is no charge for voice mail accounts on the system, every phone and every user gets a password protected voice mail account. Well, here we are again, the start of the new school year. I know that everyone is busy wrapping up their summer jobs. It has been a busy summer here as well, thank you all for your dedication to Teradon. To keep everyone up to date, there are only 2 more training classes for 2011. There is a technical intercom training in October and a product knowledge training in November. There are only a couple of seats left so don't wait. Go to the training page to download the training registration forms for whichever class you are wanting to attend. Have a great summer and a great school year.

Good morning all. Again, I know it has been a while since my last update. But here are a couple of items that I think are worth noting. First and foremost, we are entering that busy time of year where for us all. It has been an exciting year so far with and we are carrying that momentum into the summer. It doesn't look like things will be slowing down anytime soon. Thank you all for being an integral part of making that happen. Here are some things to keep in mind.

Sorry for the delays. As you know, Teradon is now offering a Product knowledge class in conjunction with our technical training courses. This is a 1.5 day free course. All of our classes have been full so far and they fill up quickly. We would like to see you all attend, so download the form from our Training section, fill it out and get it back as quickly as you can to reserve your seats. As always, Teradon values your input when it comes to making our products easier to use for you. Global, or group changes, to the call-in priorities has been added to the Raptor V system. Simply highlight the rooms needing to be changed, select the calling location or Master phone and click save. Now these room changes do not have to be done individually.
