Want
to schedule and control your Media Head-end over the
phone? Now you can! Simply pick up the telephone and
dial the extension for Telephone Control. A voice
menu will present the media devices offered with information
about what number to press. Once you chose the media
device you want to control simply listen and a command
menu will be heard. Again, pressing a number on the
telephone's keypad will choose the command (e.g.,
Play, Pause, Stop, etc.). It's so fast, and it's easy!

All
functions on the media devices are accomplished using
any telephone connected to the telephone system. Simple
voice prompting guides the user through the controlling
of media devices (VCR, DVD etc.) located in the media
center.
Teradon's Telephone Control Client sends commands
to the Media Retrieval server and from there to the
media devices. If Media Scheduling is being used,
you will be prompted to input your individual PIN
number to retrieve the devices that you have scheduled.
